In that case to be truly elite he should ditch the snorkel and do hill sprints with a straw. Of course this will only work if he does it in formal dress uniform.

Phrost: If you're just looking for the muscle recovery effects of creatine, GNC made a creatine called Amplified Creatine 189? that adds no water weight. Also, if you're genuinely worried about damage to your knees, run on soft ground.
