I've taken up Kali so I might go for some stick and knife work, yes. But I will still suck a lot at it when I come down to Belgium. Thing is: I won't be able to bring my own stuff on the plane ;)

I always wanted to knife a blind person, but never wanted to be prosecuted for it. Does Belgian law take into consideration that he offered himself freely? :-)

I will pack a pair of Cold Steel rubber training knifes if I come, so we can jump around.

Depending on the judge, you would be facing something between freedom and life...
Cool event, it's a 20 min drive from where I live so I'll be sure to come over and get stomped upon.

Stupid disease. Up until recently everyone thought it was something called RP, but tests came back negative. Now they'll put me in a cat-scan to see if there are any cats in the head, I guess. (Actually, MRI is booked for Feb 18th. Will know more after that. MY thought is that I have had some minor bleeding, somehow affecting the sight nerves. A lot of other explanations are far scarier...)

Prone - Sticks, while blind... Now, that's some scary ****. Almost makes me wanna take you up on that :) What kind of protective gear would you use, and approx weight of sticks? And do you want to?

And if I'm NOT beat up / choked out by Zendokan this year, I guess one of us must leave the forums for good ;)

To be completely honest, I was not sure why and how your blindness evolves. From reading your diagnosis I will keep my fingers crossed that it will turn out well. I wish you all the best from the bottom of my heart.

You are right about blind stick-work. I am a mere beginner so I really have no idea how that would work.
