Would August 30 still be okay?
I asked for the 15th just for clarification.
Personally, my own favorite date would be between August 15 and 20.
August 15 is a holiday, so that bridge weekend would probably be more atractive to people.
Also, in August, it would be easier to take some time to actually see the country as well. :)

You know what, 15 September is perfect, but not a day sooner (exams). Also, as Rafe suggested, and I support this notion. Why not make it a 2 day thing (Sat + Sun) ?
For me, it's easy getting there. But I'm sure for those coming from abroad it'd be more worth it if we scheduled 2 days. Is the Judo Hall rentable on Sundays?
EDIT: August 30 is likely not doable for me... Sorry for sounding like a primadonna here...

To be completely honest, the Gamescom will be over by the 18th (http://www.gamescom-cologne.com/en/g...home/index.php) but there are two factors why August really sucks (for me personally): 1. Attending Gamescom to work is very expensive and I won't have sold enough material to really be on the plus side - money-wise and 2. it will take me at least two weeks after Gamescom to sort out all material, write the articles, cut the videos and do the follow-ups.
But that's just me :)"Organized like a team, fighting like a family"

I'll ask if the Judohall can be rented on Sunday, but than I'll have to ask for an extra fee to cover the Sunday (friday is free and saturday + the seminar will still be on my budget).
Price will depend on the hours that we want to rent and the people attending on the Sunday.

Rene, we don't want you to spend too much money, this is supposed to be fun and not financially bad for you. About Sunday: Either I fly out later then on Sunday or I have to book the room an additional night. But since we are all saving up and this is long in the future it should be doable :)

Wait before that, the Saturday and seminar are still for me and the Friday is free!
For the Sunday it will be the hours that we rent the place divided equally trough the participents on that Sunday.
The prices of last year were €17,5/hour for the Judohall on Saturday (still need to find out how much it costs an hour in 2012 and the prices for Sunday).
