    So, it would be an August/September date for me, or none.

    ...Or, some fancy spring action, but I think that's a different ballgame completely.

    I want to put the date of the TD somewhere between the 1st of August and the 15th of September, that will give us a window of 46 days to find a suitable Friday evening and Saturday.

    August really is bad for me (if I can make it at all), September would be perfect. I will need to save up money and in August the largest European games show in Cologne is happening where I will need to work :S

    So to the others, would the weekend of 15 september be ok?
    14th the evening if you want to roll (BJJ) and 15th the real TD followed by food and drinks.
