Props to him.
I am a firm believer that the true fight isn't inside the cage it's everything outside you have to deal with, while trying to be a fighter. Job, family, training, stress. the guy on the other side of the cage is just a physical embodiement of what you must overcome.
Beating there ass is just a perk.

I don't believe I've ever actually said anything bad about Fred Ettish. I thought he showed tremendous courage and indomitable spirit when he fought back then.
