Couldn't have said it better. He is a brave and honest person and I got nothing but love for him.

Thanks for posting the video, much appreciated.

Perhaps it was the widespread mocking that lead him to changing his training routine.

Getting the **** beat out of him might have contributed?

From a link from Sambosteve, Fred wrote a letter for the Coalition to Legalize Mixed Martial Arts:

Guys, I know I have internet fever after being on almost all day today, but seriously...

I am already a little daredevil, and stuff,
but I'll die a happy man if I have half the guts this guy has.

    Props to him.
I am a firm believer that the true fight isn't inside the cage it's everything outside you have to deal with, while trying to be a fighter. Job, family, training, stress. the guy on the other side of the cage is just a physical embodiement of what you must overcome.
Beating there ass is just a perk.

Never gave him a second thought at the time. Loads of people got a rude awaking in those days.

What a fucking star now though. Top Marks to the guy. Inspirational stuff.

I don't believe I've ever actually said anything bad about Fred Ettish. I thought he showed tremendous courage and indomitable spirit when he fought back then.
