You know, the main one I'm having trouble calling here in Belfort vs Johnson ... nfi who's going to win that one.

On the surface this may look like an uninteresting card, but here's hoping its a good one!

Vitor Belfort vs. Anthony Johnson

Johnson has just weighed in at 197lbs!!! Not even close to making weight. its crazy the guy comes up from welterweight then weighs in at 12 pounds over the middleweight limit. Vitor Belfort has agreed to take the catchweight bout with only one exception: Rumble must weigh in tomorrow under 205 lbs.
(which stops him from fully hydrating for the next 15 hrs at least)

I thought Johnson would win this, now that he's carrying a good 15 pound weight advantage I'm pretty confident. The whole situation makes me want Belfort to win though.

Regardless of whether or not this is gonna be interesting (I think a fair amount of the bouts have potential myself), there is no way this card has enough star power to warrant substantial PPV buys.

I have to agree with Omega, this is quite uninteresting. After watching the "Countdown to 142" there is just one thing I'd like to see: Aldo crushing Mendes. I have spoilt kids and Aldo seems like a genuinely great person who has gone the hard road to success. I've watched some of the recent fights of them and I'd say Aldo has this.

Also although I like Johnson, Belfort is more experienced and in the shape of his life. Rooting for Belfort here as well.

Don't care too much about the other fights, so my predictions for those two fights are as all the others have said:

Aldo vs. Mendes
Belfort vs. Johnson

Vitor is in great shape and is motivated, which makes him dangerous. Rd 1 or 2 KO/TKO

Absolutely ridiculous of Johnson to miss weight. Apparently he was trying to cut down from 215-216 pounds. Should be fired win/lose *or* made to fight at 205 pounds, no question.
