I want to put up a single event total at a sanctioned powerlifting event that is at least as much as my individual PRs put together, and I'm hoping to compete in a couple of strongman contests this year.

I will finally, consistently, get 10 reps with 315 on the bench. I intend to lose about 20 pounds also. Once I get my knee working I also plan to at least try the free week at the local BJJ studio. Fun times.

Get fitter than where I was last year when I put my back out. Train right this time and build a body/habits thatll ensure a healthy, active back into my 40s and beyond. Get back into MA, were off to a good start.

    1. Achieve a full range one arm chinup, one arm headstand pushup, horizontal flag.
    2. Achieve front split both sides.
    3. Get a full range pistol with 32kg each leg.

    * Need to figure out some endurance related goals.
Mine was to reach 85kg. I reached that last week. Let's see if the body will maintain.

Join a gym so I can actually use barbells and swim.

Aside from that just multiply my max calisthenic reps by three per set.

20 pullups (I'm pretty close now) and then I want to be doing sets of 15 by the end of the year. Hopefully 5 sets of 15.

I want to keep getting better at stick fighting and then possibly next year going to a dog brothers gathering.

300 Benchpress (got it...305 right now)
    400 Squat (350-ish now....depends on knee)
500 Dead lift (405 right now)

I will not embarrass myself at the highland games in October. That is my goal.

Get into weights training. No idea how far I'll get in [most of] a year, to be honest, but I'll give it my all. That's my goal, as always.

Otherwise, also get to the point where my shins can simply take it. "It" being basically whatever they encounter. Conditioning is such fun...

Finally bench 315x10. I'm almost there.

Then I will find something else to do, probably lose weight and improve my endurance.
