MADISON - Three months have passed since Greg Dillon made the dumbest decision of his life.

It was Sept. 26, the night Dillon, 45, of Cross Lanes, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of solicitation, according to Kanawha County Magistrate Court documents.

I missed any previous articles about it, but Dillon seems to be a decent guy that just made a mistake. Hope it works out for him. Not sure how a single drink would impair his judgment, especially since he made the decision that he was okay to drive.

Anyone with experience in Sei-Bu-Kan or Zentokukai?

He has been found not guilty it was entrappment. The judge listened to the tape of that night and the female deputy was the one making the offers. I hope he learns from this terrible mistake.

It may have been entrapment, but he could have just say no from the beginning. Easier said than done, though. Everyone can **** up and it's good to hear he was found not guilty.

How's Dillon doing nowadays?

May 7, 2008 at 1:00 Kanawha County Magistrate court Judge Carper-Stringling ruled not guilty. If need further info can try public records.

How's Dillon doing nowadays?

Due to the nature of this newbrief and his conflict with leaving master instructer he has had a hard year. They tried to use this against him and take his students and his belt ranking. But he fought for the truth. Some in the community have stood behind him and he now has over 60 students in his dojo.

I find this outcome intertersting in how he has gained from this brain fart of lack of judgement. Sounds like all he was guilty of was being a smart ass. There were 47 other men arrested that night but his was the only one in the paper. Alot of people were quick to judge him for what they thought was the truth but he fought for the truth and won.
