Just going to echo everyone else and say that throw was awesome! I will definitely be experimenting with that one. I've got pretty shot out knees so any throw is iffy for me but that looks like a somewhat knee friendly (and very awesome) tool.

Hah they tried to teach me that 2nd technique in China, never got it right.

You are much better at explaining the 1st tech than my previous coach, everyone tries to chop the leg out with power instead of scooping it.

One question, from your experience: is the danger of getting kicked in the back of the knee when turning away from the lowkick a fair trade-off for the possible throw?
