Wanted to start opening up the advanced striking section so I threw up an impromptu video of some of my favorite leg kick strategies.

You must have a crush on Omega Supreme, don't you? Go do some push-ups or something.
In other words: good stuff. I really liked the first part because I have a hard time setting up actually effective inside-leg kicks. This video gave me some new ideas. Thanks for sharing.

Dammit I gotta catch a detail on the left coast so I can stop by and train a bit.

That last throw is sweet. Im going to try that, thanks Omega. I also like kicking the back leg once theyre blocking my regular leg kick with their shin raise.
They don't think it be how it is, but it do

Nice vid. I also like to use that move when sparring MMA style.

I've loved the leg-shoulder throw for a long time, but always classified it as pure showmanship; I never realized it was something that could actually be technically sound. I am so going to start doing that now.
Thank you, monsieur Omega.

Nice video. I'd seen people use the first technique a few times but never really seriously attempted it purely because I wasn't entirely sure on how to set it up, that video helped massively in this regard.
Guys at my gym are so reactive to leg kicks I imagine it will go down a treat.
