In other words: good stuff. I really liked the first part because I have a hard time setting up actually effective inside-leg kicks. This video gave me some new ideas. Thanks for sharing. -

I've loved the leg-shoulder throw for a long time, but always classified it as pure showmanship; I never realized it was something that could actually be technically sound. I am so going to start doing that now.

Nice video. I'd seen people use the first technique a few times but never really seriously attempted it purely because I wasn't entirely sure on how to set it up, that video helped massively in this regard.
