I get about once a week these days. Hopefully I can increase that after I deal with the VA later this month.

Do you still train in MA at least once per week? Of course. I put in about 12-15 hours a week at the academy doing BJJ and Muay Thai. I also put in a couple of hours of solo JJJ practice at home (usually sword)

What type of gym/style do you train in currently? Professional MMA academy

How often do you engage in live sparring/rolling? Every class with BJJ (approx 8 per week) and once a week for Muay Thai

How long have you been training in total? Almost 25 years now... JJJ the entire time with 5-6 years of JKD/Kali, and BJJ for the last 3.5 years.

If you no longer train, what caused you to stop? The only thing that will stop me from doing some form of MA will be death.

    • Do you still train in MA at least once per week?
Yep. This ever growing collection of medals don't win themselves.

    • What type of gym/style do you train in currently?
I teach BJJ/MMA at the gym on base. I train at a Judo school off base just down the street from my new house.

    • How often do you engage in live sparring/rolling?
    Pretty much every class.

    • How long have you been training in total?
Been training in something or another for over 30 years.

    • If you no longer train, what caused you to stop?
    I died.

    • Do you still train in MA at least once per week?

    -Yes

    • What type of gym/style do you train in currently?

    -BJJ/SW/Judo

    • How often do you engage in live sparring/rolling?

    - 3 to 5 times a week

    • How long have you been training in total?

    - probably a touch over 8 years, but spread out thin across decades. BJJ for around 2 and a half years now and despite having practiced several martial arts prior to this, never so consistently, so the only training I really count.
