Seems a good thread for my own necro reply ;)
>Do you still train in MA at least once per week?
Yes... on average.
>What type of gym/style do you train in currently?
Judo, in a school gym which accepts external students.
>How often do you engage in live sparring/rolling?
Every time (randori, both standing and ground)
>How long have you been training in total?
About 2 years, but with somewhat large intervals (2-3 months at a time) sometimes.
>If you no longer train, what caused you to stop?
What generally causes me to stop going is real or perceived real-life priorities and obstacles: rather flexible work hours and direct responsibility for deadlines means that it is hard to attend fixed schedules (e.g. Judo, in opposition to pumping iron). This is only made worse when one has to pick up kids from school, wife's job has shifts, etc, etc. -

Train MA erryday except for 1 day of the weekend, depending on others (on average)
I train BJJ and teach/lead a class on kickboxing for MMA every day (No MMA on wednesdays) We just got a new facility/Gym.
Spar kickboxing every class/Roll every class.
5 years now.

• Do you still train in MA at least once per week?
• What type of gym/style do you train in currently?
4x BJJ + 2x judo + 1x swordplay = 7 times/week
• How often do you engage in live sparring/rolling?
Every day.
• How long have you been training in total?
I started martial arts in 2005, so I could say 6 years; the first two were tippy-tappy Shotokan, so I've been training productively since I started BJJ: 4 years ago.[ petterhaggholm.net | blog | essays ]

OK, it says everyone must post here.
Do you still train in MA at least once per week?
-Yes, I now train; but there has been breaks.
• What type of gym/style do you train in currently?
- Boxing - just joined last week.
• How often do you engage in live sparring/rolling?
- Nothing yet, because I am a n00b. Early February I hope to get my cardio up and begin.
• How long have you been training in total?
- Four years or so, includes 2 years kyokushinkai karate (UNB 1987-88), and over 2 years JJJ (Ottawa 2007-2009).
• If you no longer train, what caused you to stop?
- Thought about dropping karate to focus more on 4th year university, but ended up smoking too much hash instead. Re-discovered MA years later and stopped when divorce, etc. made training unaffordable temporarily. -

Style: Hung ga--
• Do you still train in MA at least once per week?
Yes. Two to three times a week in class, three to four times a week at home. I also assist with the children's class two to three times a week as well.
• What type of gym/style do you train in currently?
Hung ga kung fu. After I pass my senior test and become a certified assistant instructor, I plan to begin my cross training journey. I want to start with a BJJ school, and then maybe visit a boxing school (the nice thing is that both schools are in the same wing of the mall where my school currently is).
• How often do you engage in live sparring/rolling?
Most every class has some form of that. I also do a good deal of shadow boxing to keep my mind on connecting techniques.
• How long have you been training in total?
5 years on the 1st of May.
• If you no longer train, what caused you to stop?
I once stopped because I couldn't afford classes and refused to attend and pay my sifu back later. Then I stopped about two years later when my appendix needed removal. Since then the only time I have ever stopped for any amount of time has been because I got behind in my school studies. -
