Honestly I was kinda surprised he wasn't describing some kind of commando neck breaking technique that Ahnuld uses in the movies.

As a number of people have already mentioned, the arms are the problem (and to get his back you need to get around his arm/his arm need to pass by you).
If, as he spins around, he takes his inside arm (the one closest to you) over the top of your arms (which is likely as you say his arms are 'flailing'), by the time you've spun him all he has to do is clamp his arm down to his body and your hold is broken, both your arms are trapped and your body weight is across his hip ready for a throw. If his inside arm is under yours he can grab your face-holding hand with his outside hand (which irrespective can prevent the rnc) and, as he spins around, reach up under your face-grabbing shoulder/arm for a seoi or drop seoi. Or just spin out completely and he has control of your wrist for some aikijoking fun.
Your move only works if you are doing it to a complete n00b who freaks out/freezes, a fully compliant LARPing partner or you are so incredibly fast it is humanly impossible to react to what you are doing (i.e. in the time it takes for you to grab his face, grab the back of his head, spin him around 180 degrees and slip into a rnc he does not have the time to grab your hand which is on his face).
However, if you use the control of the head to take the person to ground (per gregauaman's vid) then took the back that would be much more effective.

is 12 reps with 87.5% of your 6 rep max equal, less or more than 6 rep max
didnt feel strong today so decided to go for reps not weight
ended up doing 12 reps with 87.5% of my 6 rep max
i wonder if that's lower, equal, or higher if you would calculate the one rep max of the 6 rep max and the one of the 12 rep max
1rep max calculators only let you go up to 10 reps so i need someone's experience to solve this question
i can't go to sleep if i dont know if my workout was good or useless

what is the fastest way to learn how to fight?
i used to do some kick boxing and flip ma's as a teenager, but it's been so many years i would be embarrassed throwing a punch
i just want to be able to punch people in the head really hard in case someone picks a fight with me
looking back i dont believe in flip ma's anymore at all, it is just too detached from reality
a bouncer who is an accomplished kick boxer told me boxing is superior to kick boxing for real life
but he also told me you can't learn it when you're already mid 20's, you could get seriously injured in training against young guys
