    I'm going to assume you're not trolling...

    There is no martial art that is going to quickly teach you how to fight in any situation...seriously. If you are cruising for self-defence that bad carry a knife...get a gun. I would probably say you are looking at atleast a 6 month commitment to be able to spar in boxing much less be able to trash bozo's. Grappling would do you better but it still is not going to be "quick"

    a few things that have worked for me are:

    and as the above poster said..to work out a 1rm, just do it......trying to figure this **** out from 10 and 12 rep maxes is less than deisrable

    every rep after the first in benching/pressing etc add 5 lbs or so

    for SQ add 10lbs or so

    for DL...no approximation as my best lifts came after doing speed work :-)

    He's just a savage brute biker outlaw type of guy who destroys the martial artists with neaderthal techniques

    Is this only possible in the movies or do guys like that really exist?
