In fairness, you don't know that Rousey isn't also that strong. She looks pretty athletic to me.
Cyborg is a rough tough monster, she hits hard and she seems to have aggression that I haven't seen amongst many male fighters. However, I do think that she would be surprised by the ease with which Rousey could put her on her back.
That being said, I would revise my earlier position on reflection, and state that, while I would still pick Rousey, it would be on the condition that she develops some good striking defence. Imo it's not that Cyborg has particularly good striking, it's just that nobody really has an answer for her immense power."The hero and the coward both feel the same thing, but the hero projects his fear onto his opponent while the coward runs. 'Fear'. It's the same thing, but it's what you do with it that matters". - Cus D'Amato

Power, and speed. And bloodlust. I think she has an adams apple.
I incorrectly thought Ronda was a weight class below Cyborg. I correct my earlier statement but I dont change my op that Cyborg has gotta be stronger.
I see some Chael-esque abuse by Cyborg, but Ronda is certainly capable of arm-barring her underneath the GnP. -

I'm taking Cyborg, although I would much, much rather Rousey win. I think Rousey is actually the much more talented martial artist... Feel free to disagree.
I just don't see Cyborg as a calculated technician, and eventually that will catch up with her. Strength and physical prowess can take you really far, but not the entire way.
** also very much agree with judoka_uk on their comparative accomplishments. The talent in high-level women's judo is much, much deeper than that in BJJ.
