You guys are really over hyping Cyborgs Mundial achievement.
There's like, what, 11 female purple belts in the world?
There's over 9000 female Judo black belts.
Doing what Cyborg did at the Mundials means lickity squat compared to an Olympic bronze and World silver in Judo.
The gap in talent depth is astronomical its like a trip to the shops and a journey to the moon.
The real issue with Cyborg is her striking, her athleticism and her much greater MMA experience.
Those are the challenges and questions Ronda has to overcome and answer.
Also coincidentally Cyborg's power level.

I think you underestimate the number of female purples in the world. By quite a bit.
We have two in our little club alone. But I guess you were doing that on purpose.
But yeah, judo is more competitive. But Cyborg is toooough:
I think Cyborg takes it. Rousey just has her judo/submissions but Santos is strong (as shown above) and can dish out massive amounts of damage in a short span of time.
This! Cyborg will crush RR with a stare....shes that badass. LOL RR wont take the fight anyway

That being said, I would revise my earlier position on reflection, and state that, while I would still pick Rousey, it would be on the condition that she develops some good striking defence. Imo it's not that Cyborg has particularly good striking, it's just that nobody really has an answer for her immense power.

Power, and speed. And bloodlust. I think she has an adams apple.
I incorrectly thought Ronda was a weight class below Cyborg. I correct my earlier statement but I dont change my op that Cyborg has gotta be stronger.
I see some Chael-esque abuse by Cyborg, but Ronda is certainly capable of arm-barring her underneath the GnP.
I'm taking Cyborg, although I would much, much rather Rousey win. I think Rousey is actually the much more talented martial artist... Feel free to disagree.
I just don't see Cyborg as a calculated technician, and eventually that will catch up with her. Strength and physical prowess can take you really far, but not the entire way.
** also very much agree with judoka_uk on their comparative accomplishments. The talent in high-level women's judo is much, much deeper than that in BJJ.
