I just graduated and found my first job in Austin. I haven't trained in years and am incredibly out of shape. I will come to this TD to meet you guys, but I don't want to embarrass myself just yet. I probably wont train, but I'll show up regardless.
By the way, I plan to start training at Mario Esfiha Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Let me know if any of you Austin guys have anything to say about the place.

As for Ze Mario, Monolith is an affiliate school, he is a world champion and Self-Critical, Blackmonk and ECSGrant all train under him. I've met him and he is a nice guy. He is still in Brazil for the holidays.

Hi Emperor, welcome to Austin! I have trained a few times with Mario, he's a super nice guy. I have lots of thoughts to share about training jits in Austin. Find me at the Sparbq-- I'll be the short redhead girl. :)

I'll be late, I'm going to the Cotton Bowl Friday. Also I'll do nogi or gi with anyone.

If anyone wants to go over something that's giving them trouble on the ground, I'll be happy to assist if I can. This probably doesn't apply to some of you higher ranks.
Although I seem to recall you wanted to talk about "controlling the inside space" DKR? Maybe?Shut the hell up and train.

JNP, blackmonk and I have been working some of the things Aaron covered at the seminar if you feel like playing with some of that and adapted a few things to judo techniques we were already familiar with.
