Am I doing anything wrong for knuckles pushups?
I just started doing knuckles pushups, I'm doing them on the first two knuckles, but in order to find my balance I'm kind of resting my weight on the first joint of my index finger and it hurts... am I doing anything wrong?
Doing pushups on the first two knuckles of your hands puts your wrist at a pretty awkward angle in my experience; I usually end up resting my weight on the last three knuckles of each hand as it keeps my wrist better aligned for this purpose.

You may want to stick out the middle finger a little bit, so that both index and middle fingers are flat.
