150lbs is respectable for a White Tail. Just wondering about the "allowing edible mule deer flesh to be wasted or abandoned" charge.

Violating game laws is bad enough. Doing so in another country is beyond stupid.

Alberta whitetail field dressed at 150 would OK, they get a lot bigger though. That looks like a whitetail to me from the rack.

I will wait for the evidence. Most guided hunts provide the hunter with a walk in, stalk and harvest. Once the animal is down, usually the guide takes responsibility for field dressing the animal and arranging for proper processing and packaging of the meat. Then shipping it to your home. The hunter/customer signs for the taxidermy service, which is usally local and the guide coordinates everything. That is what they get their fees and tips for.

Lesnar plead guilty to failing to immediately affix a tag, and paid a $1,725 fine.
EDIT: The other two charges were dropped.

The guide, it seems, will be facing all three charges still.

@bodyclumsyninja...was not aware of that. At least he owned up to it and paid his fine. I would expect the guide to get hit harder, as he is supposed to be the professional and monitoring the situation.

I think by living the dream and what he lives for, he's referring to pissing on Canada, not killing deer.
