The fights on Family guy are insane. Check when Peter Griffin fought the Big Bird look-a-like.

As far as the simpsons goes, they had the Yakuza guys with assorted weapons (including ninja stars), but nothing too technical of course.

And Bart was doing the karate kid crane stance in preparation for the miniature golf tournament

In the Drederick tatum episode there is a classic Mr. Burns quote which goes something like " in my day we watched ___ fight ___ for 139 rounds... If they didn't last 120 rounds we demanded our nickle back!"
