    The top one is what we call Streaky Bacon (US probably call it Pork Belly cf "Trading Places" film. The second is what we call Back Bacon, cos it is from the Back of the Pig.

    I cut bacon for 4 years when I was at School. My Summer Holiday and Saturday job.

    Belly/streak bacon = bacon in the US, back bacon = "Canadian bacon" in the US.
    Pork belly is the raw uncured product.
