I'm not sure, but the whole "sharpens one skill on the street" is stupid. There is a self defense oriented "art" that was developed for the Chinese police or military. I can't remember which and it sounds like they took that art and wrote a promotional add in the wiki.
The hood mentality is crippling disease, that attacks your nervous system. It makes you nervous of the system. Gangsters and hood rats are especially susceptible to this growth stunting mentality. The hood is where I'm from, but it's not what I am. The hood is where I'm from, but it's not what I am. --Keith David--Ice Cube

I thought that it would be this, since all the references to Yùndòng, Pingmin and Jùnshì Sanda on other websites were taken from the wiki article, to be exactly, they all take the text of the wiki article liturarely over.
Couldn't find any other source using those names using google.
I've got a sneaky suspission that in a few months we'll find a Sanda school teaching Yùndòng, Pingmin and Jùnshì Sanda, with probably Wing Chun as their core art.

My last update of the wiki article:
I've kept only one "Yùndòng Sanda (Mandarin Chinese, Sport Free Fighting)" and one "Jùnshì Sanda (Mandarin Chinese, Military Free Fighting)" in both texts. Everywhere else I adapted it to just "Sanda" and highlighted "Amateur Sanda" and "Professional Sanda".
Didn't change anything of the global information in both texts, since the one about the Militairy version is too generic and the one of the Sport version, while elaborated looks fine by me.
Let's see how long it will take before the article is again rewritten to "infomercial" standard.
