Yeah, I'm interested on what type of injuries he sustained.
I'd always thought this was fake, he does get slammed pretty good though... still not sure
From what I read he had a back injury (one forum said broken in 2 places) from the slam. Seemed worse to me by the way he was contorted.

I like Fulton, and it was a fight but that slam was not necessary. Any basic grappler could have arm barred him from that position.
Rumour is Jeremy competed again vs Hans Marrero in 2007 - Loss by Armbar at 27 Seconds...
Can't find footage :(
I looked around and tried to dig up some articles on what kind of injuries Bullock suffered, byt everything I found just said it appeared to be some kind of spinal injury. As someone who's been a fan of pro wrestling (I know, lame) for a while and been to some live events, I think he may have suffered a more serious form of what is known as a "stinger". I saw it happen once during a live event and the guy who suffered the stinger acted the same. Here's an explanation:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stinger_%28medicine%29
I'm probably wrong, but I'm just thinking out loud.
I tried to find the original articles I was reading. Funny how difficult it can be to find them again.

I remember once some guy lighter than me tried to put me in a schoolyard headlock in grappling practice, and I was surprised how easy it was to slam him from that position. Maybe Fulton just didn't know how epic his slam was going to be.
Either that, or he was just all out fucks to give. Fulton fought six times within the span of a month before he fought Bullock, including a ten minute battle which he lost to Mario Neto just three days prior.
Fulton was known for that. He was pretty much like Jeremy Horn. He used the fights as actual sparring matches, as it were.
