So, I have enjoyed the Fable series quite a lot. Should I consider buying it?
For my part, I am currently torn playing between the cult classic "Deadly Premonition", and the Monkey Island Special Edition for X-Box, both most intriguing games. :)
Also bought the newest "Alone in the Dark" for 3 bucks only at a gamestore, but haven't really played it so far. -

Deadly Premonition is fantastic. Not so much for the gameplay, which is fairly eh Resident Evil 4ish survival horror combat stuff, but for the engaging and bizarre Twin Peaks inspired story set in a small Pacific Northwest town that feels like a town in the Pacific Northwest packed full of distinctive and interesting characters.
I've been getting my Skyrim on for the past month or so, and it really makes up for the bland bucket of fail that was Oblivion. Plus, a few carefully chosen mods make all the difference, like Deadly Dragons and Thuu'mic. Gotta love screaming FUS RO DAH into a microphone and watching hordes of bandits go flying like bowling pins in game. -

What Kovacs said.
I loved both Skyrim and Oblivion dearly, but after 20++ hours of gaming, both tend to get fairly repetitive. Skyrim makes up for a lot with its cinematic gameplay, but I got to confess, after the Thieves Guild and the Dark Brotherhood arc, the game held almost nothing new for me.
