Shame I missed that tourney - but taking a look at the level and item restrictions, it seems worked to me.
lvl 30, lvl 80 and lvl 120 have been the standard pvp levels that the community decided on ever since release date. I'm of the opinion that somebody found a level 70 build and items that worked for them, and have thus put restrictions on everything else that might be a decent counter for it.

I dunno about that but I never saw anyone dominating, I gave a pretty good accounting of myself (the highlight being an epic Gregor Clegane vs Oberyn Martell reenactment) and picked up a few new strategies for pvp. There's to be another event but I wont be entering as it looks awful.

Speaking of Medieval combat has anyone played Blade Storm? I never did but I liked the idea behind it.

    100% bro.
Capcom have deftly created a game that shines in action better than most rpgs, and role playing better than most action games. An amazing open world extravaganza.

The setting REALLY reminds me of the ASOIAF universe.

Kinda reminiscent of Legend of Legaia, but I can see why the environment could look like Red Dead Redemption or maybe Gun.

How do you figure that one? Legaia is turn based, and the combat sequences are instanced. I honestly don't see how you drew that conclusion.

Yeah, that's a random comparison and I enjoyed Legend.
