    Reverse Omo Plata I Hit in Competition This Weekend

    Eversince I saw the Aeospian tutorial on this it has been my favourite submission, brutal if not careful but fun.

    Do you use the crucifix much in your game?

    I actually don't use the crucifix much at all other then to go for the reverse omo plata. It's really the only move I work from there. I know a lot more, but they are not part of my "A game".

    No worries, I think the crucifix is a really under-rated position. Do you have any interesting setups or tips on the reverse omoplata?
