Bad example, Omega. There are people on this site who'd like to do just that.

Like to and do it are two different things, as well as like to and have a right to do it.

So having a sidewalk open prevails over 1st ammendement rights?

Absolutely not, however if a group of Islamic people (or any other people) were preventing you from conducting you and others normal affairs by belligerently, yet non violently, refusing to leave what would you expect?

Representing the minority? Absolutely! That is what is great about America, the minority still has a voice, and still has an expectation of being allowed to live freely. I can not speak for their tactics, however I can say with some confidence that they weren't there for their health. Case in point, look at the guy doing the spraying. Does it really look like he is the type to take the initiative on anything? I can guarantee that he is there on a call for service and he handled this situation on his own reason (however unpopular and crummy it might have been.

No, but does the the 1st amendment right to peaceably assemble prevail over one's natural rights to come and go freely?

You mean UDHR 13.1 prevails over 20.1?
