So, any of the west coast bullies who train with Ronda think they can help me out? I'd like to try and get an interview with her before Thanksgiving and I get the impression that if I go through the usual channels they'll put me off until after the holiday. I'll just refer the interview to a colleague of mine if that's how it goes but I'd kind of like to get that done while Julia's arm is still in our nightmares.

That should be called a "Ronda-bar(takedown->armbar)": 10x nastier than normal armbar. I am happy she ended the fight this time with no controversy. Now can we have her do rematch with Sarah D'Alelio? Let's see how long it takes this time for D'Alelio to REALLY tap.

**** that armbar made me cringe! She definitely needs to step up her striking but damn do I feel sorry for anyone that ends up on the ground with her. Way to go Rowdy!

my count says 40 seconds flat. yeah, her striking needs work, but she still hasn't been taken past one minute in the ring.

I don't see much of a controversy in her last fight since the opponent later admitted to a verbal tap.

i'm glad she is talking about getting down to 135 in a healthy way. i'm sure she can make the cut, i just don't want to see her **** up her performance with a 15 pound crash diet/sweat out.

If Annamaria is meaner than Ronda, does that mean she rips off the arm instead of just breaking them? Ronda's armbar already makes me shiver with awe and fear. Can't really imagine anything worse than that.

Dr. Annamarria Was 1981 judo world champion and was at least as good on the mat as Rhonda. Dr.Annamaria has a colection of arms from her competition days. There are stories or Annamarie training when she was 8 months pragnent with Rhonda, guess Rhonda got started early.
If I had a choice of who I had to roll with Annamarria in her day or Rhonda I would choose Rhonda at least I would have a chance to tap.
