1- stop being a *****,
2- go to a boxing gym for a few months, you'll soon stop caring about getting hit in the face.
i got over it by growing up in an irish family where we all hit each other a lot. i like to use my face to wear down peoples hands and make them tired.Nick says:

Alex answered your question. There is no way to "harden" the face. You could try the old bare knuckle boxers method and soak your face in brine but I doubt it will make you any less affriad of being punched. If you can't handle getting punched in the face than why would you want to be a martial arts instructor?
