A superheavy weight division would be entertaining to watch for the first round, then it would turn into a different kind of pay-per-view.

There are enough divisions as it is. I would hate to see the UFC go the way of boxing.

Yeah, I figured that age may be a factor. 15lbs is not too hard of a cut, but if he starts walking around any higher than 220, it will make a big difference. I cut from 235 to 205 for a tournament and it was tough, but I'm no world class athlete.
But to be fair, while a professional athelet might be better at cutting, they're also less likely to be carrying around too much loseable weight.

There already is a superheavyweight division, and the UFC has used it on at least one occasion when both fighters were over the 265 lbs limit (Josh Barnett vs. Gan McGee at UFC 28, right after the Unified Rules established the weight limits).

You're basically right, though. For the most part, the Superheavyweight division comprises of Butterbean, freakshows who fought in Japan, Mariuz Pudzianowski, and post-Fedor Tim Sylvia.

Just to add, in regards to adding a cruiserweight division for 230 lbs fighters: I don't think there are enough fighters at this point in time to really make it work. The cruiserweight belt would probably just be a stepping stone for fighters who would want to travel to the LHW or HW division and rack up multiple titles.

Bit of a catch-22 here; when there's a dominant champ for a long time in a weight class people say that he's only got cans to fight and it's a weak class. When the title switches constantly people say no one is dominating and so they're all mediocre. Naysayers gonna say nay.
