Still wish I'd taken more videos -- glad I captured Vargas vs Anthony at least but there was lots of other good rolling/sparring sessions that went on that day.

That was rad! I can't wait til NW throwdown. Does anyone know much about camcorders? I want to get one (assuming I have a job by then) to record our throwdown. What I want to know is how hard is it to go from a camcorder to the computer? Do you need special hardware?

Great Videos, Anthony not bad, I'd say work on shrimping/moving your hips more, from what I saw it looked like you were either trying to role into, and away from, vargas more when he was on your side instead of shrimping your hips getting your ass out and a knee in, or up to neutral position, etc. That's all I could tell from the clip, but overall everybody looked good, don't get discouraged wrestling with vargas, I don't believe he's human, or at least the government rebuilt him with 6 million dollars worth of new hardware.
P.S. Anthony a good drill, which you probably already know, for working on shrimping your hips is start on one side of the room and just keeping on planting a leg and shrimping, then planting the other and shrimping, do this a few times up and down the mat, it helped me alot to get used to the shrimping motion, and made it much more forceful.

Thanks KC for the kind words. I didn't want to shrimp out too much, cause Vargas had my arm, soon as I turned into him, he would have slapped it on. In the long run, it didn't matter. LOL
