He dropped an open challenge to bullshido and I picked it up. I had to back out when someone told him "fight shmuly or else..."

I wasn't about to dive into that quagmire of civil liability and possible criminal charges, so now he gets to say he punked me out since I backed out on him.

However I only give it a 10% chance he would have shown up. He was already trying to schedule for days he knew I could be there.

EDIT: I was referring to Bowen. Just realized was asked about Ralph. I dont think Ralph has ever challenged anybody.

Yes, back in the day he actually did. Laugh at his tactical all you (impersonal) want, I do, but he'd give quite a few people trouble on this board. He did accept a few challenges and was decent for a hobbyist.

Since I have had this argument before, this is how I have always defined decent:
