Is there any really good diet plans?
i need to lose about 4-5 pounds a week but i want the plan to be healthy i don't want to starve myself
Well then your two goals there are not compatible.
Too much weight loss too quickly to be healthy.
want to be healthy you should probably lower the goal to 1-2 lbs a week.
Figure out approximately how many calories you're currently eating per day. Reduce that amount by 2-300 calories and you'll start losing weight.
Also, start drinking only water - no soda, juices, milk, etc.
