I think theirs a clause in the statute of limitations that says that in cases of continuous crimes the statute begins from the last act commited, so yes on this filmed beating it may be up but not on the whole abuse

How anyone can call him 'Your Honor' again should be tested in court.
This was a domestic drama that had obviously played itself out numerous times before. Even the mothers symbolic single strap, was her way of deflecting the abuse.
Girl filmed it, probably pushing the envelope by delaying the submissive girl act she was required to do for her own personal victory.
Wonder she didn't get knocked up to get back at her dad. But video revenge is pretty epic.
