I'm a better fat-skinny kid than everyone.
Below is my food spank bank. It's what I intend to indulge in after my fight is over. I provided pics when possible.
Food Spank Bank:
Casserta's pepperoni pizza w/ mushrooms & onions
Pastiche flourless chocolate fake
Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream
Gregg's apple crisp
Chinese food with lots of rice
Cheese & crackers
Pretzel bread from One If By Land
Max Brenner's hot chocolate with hazelnut and crunchy things
Lindt Chocolate gianduja
Milk & cookies
Pumpkin pie brownies
Roast lamb with Israeli cous cous
Gorgonzola mashed potatoes
Peter Luger steak for two
Peter Luger struedel, mit schlage
Cheddar-core meat loaf
That's it for now. Feel free to offer suggestions. #WINNING!Originally Posted by Sarcastro

I love food, seriously I would not consider eating anything else!

Oh lord, I remember having food discussions about what we would eat after we finished our wrestling matches. Torture and great expectations done up in the same conversation.
So those members who've never done this know what it's like, what are you subsisting on now?Shut the hell up and train.

Fish and vegetables, mainly. I get about 20g of carb a day from my chia seed/agave concoction (pre-work out), then a lot of potassium, nutrients, and fiber from mushrooms, broccoli, and varied fish, freshly cooked in my kitchen. Coming down from 189lbs 5 weeks ago, I weighed in after a set of drilling rounds last night at 177lbs.
And yes, pie. I ALMOST FORGOT!
Oh and definitely sweet potato, though that's hard to find around here.
And finally corn bread.

Wait, are you serious about that weight? What did you weigh when I was out there? Weren't you heavier than I was?

Oh, I remember this. I ate 9000 calories the day after my fight. Lunch was a whole blueberry pie.

I'm still at least a year away from my first fight (my trainer constantly jokes "Hey, next month, Koh Phangan you fight" but it's all bs) but I DO reward myself with a chocolate (Van Houten) and a fat Thai meal every time I drop at least a full kilo.

After a tournament, I usually relax with a breakfast burrito and a large horchata.
