    Snowman's gonna get raped.

But heeeeeeeell, when will Fedor finally retire?!

Words is he will fight in this year's Yarennoka as well.

Look at how Wanedy tarnished his legacy. Or Vovchanchyn.

If Fedor loses the Monson fight, nobody will remember him.

No question that it will Fedor...I think he should just retire anyway.

Anyone going to this fight? Just got three tickets for a couple of friends and myself. Taking the train from Saint Petersburg on the Saturday before, have some fun in Moscow Saturday night then go see Fedors first fight ever in Russia and hopefully(for his sake), his last. Will be a historic night))

Watching this live right now (3 PM at my place).

Later highlight reels might try to cloud it, but this is bad.

    AMATEUR LEVEL bad.

Two bald old hamsters running in circles around each other,
and some Chinese dude interrupting them every single time the Russian
    is in disadvantage.

    Monson, slow.

    But Fedor. Oh, Fedor.

Alex Emelianenko, ringside, he simply looks sad.

    He's watching something die.

    Fedor's legacy.

I enjoyed the fight. Hiro...that's good copy, but I'm not sure it's accurate.

How is fedor at a disadvantage standing over Monson?

    Leg kicks FTW.

Poetic trolling ftw. Fedor did just fine for a guy who just dropped three straight and was KTFO'd in two of them. Careful, yes, but still completely dominating the match. And even Fedor probably feels the pressure of fighting before a crowd that size all expecting him to win in spectacular fashion.
Curiosity killed the cat. But damn it had a blast.

Well, even at the slightest sign of Fedor resisting to engage,
the ref stood them up. Not cool.

I remain a huge fan of Pride and will always appreciate Fedor,
but that fight was bad. If that is the best he can muster, better retire.

But no, he's already booked for this year's Yarennoka, or whatever that event is called.

And I am pretty sure he will lose against Ishii there.

    Wow that was boring..

Monson looked soo slow I had to check my video was'nt run at a weird frame rate. Fedor is nowhere near the top MMA heavyweights anymore.

Fedor has lost alot of musculature since his days in Pride, he looked fat. (Which is funny because 'middle easy' have been banging on about how Fedor is "back-in-shape". He most certainly is not)

I was busy, so I read your post before watching the fight Hiro.

You had me terrified that he was going to be creaking around the ring, looking pathetic.

Fedor pwned him, like they were sparring. I don't blame him for not grappling. He has pretty good anti-grapple, but why bother rolling with that guy, who's very accomplished at it, by any measure?

If he'd kept it upright w/ Werdum, he wouldn't have lost until his next fight IMO.
