oh Nick, you nutball you.
i was hoping he'd pull one like he did on Takanori Gomi and gogoplata Penn in the last few seconds of rd 3. i know i was delusional, but had he done it, he would have become my new favorite fighter.
also mega kudos for the rolling-choke counter attempt.

Good card, main event was great but Nick Diaz is really starting to piss me off.
The guy's moaning that he does'nt get paid money like Mayweather and we're constantly hearing how poor he is, how his life is soo fucking hard, how he cant find the motivation to train and he still has to live in a bad neighbourhood.
The guy is doing many peoples dream job and all he ever does is fucking moan about it!!
So here's his earning over the last 12 months (without sponsorship deals etc.)
Jan 2011 vs .Evangelista "Cyborg" Santos $150,000
April 2011 vs Paul Daley $175,000
October 2010 vs KJ Noons $50,000
(Plus the money from the Penn fight which I imagine will be around $150,000)
I fucking wish i was that 'poor'. The guy really needs to get a grip.

Article nails it - instead of being in the main even against GSP and being comically wrestlefucked to a decision loss, he now upped his stock with a win against a big name and being re-scheduled to fight GSP again, pushing company man Condit aside. He will still get skullfucked by GSP, but with the added hype he'll make even more money off it than if he'd fought him yesterday.
Nick Diaz is some kind of criminal mastermind...

Also, why is GSP dating Bonnie Tyler?

By the way, I know it's unlikely but I hope to god Diaz wins against GSP. Please win, Diaz. Please do.

GSP vs. Diaz will be one of the more boring fights in recent memory.
