My working weight (8-10 reps) is ~bodyweight, though I've only just got back into lifting in the last few weeks. Certainly a long way off making Gezere's 190kg+ seem unimpressive....

I know I can put my hand through 10 inches of concrete before it sets, not sure about when it's dry and hard though. Tried boards not concrete :)

i would pay to see that. get them to post it on youtube and link here. unless its ten 1" slabs of crap separated by spacers, that would be pretty crap
