Just go climbing once a week for an hour. Your forearms will ballon. Also you can go to a climbing shop near you and get a hanging board "metolious" is a company that makes them, you can do various exercises pullups, dead hang etc...

Do curls with your hand thumbs-up going up, then rotate your wrist so your plams are facing down and slowly bring the weight back down. This is supposed to target the gripping muscles in your forearms. I got it from a book (the science of martial arts training, by charles staley).

Ronin's Reverse curls are good, but the best ways I've found for strengthening grip (most of the forearm muscles are for grip) are rock climbing strengthening methods. Go to an outdoors store, or a rockclimbing store (if they have those in your area) and ask to see grip strengtheners.
They have numerous effective things ranging from elastic gripping membranes to spring loaded gripping devices. Also, ask any hardcore rock climber you know. You won't find anyone with stronger forearms than a hardcore rock climber.
