    I like IIf stoaree tiem way more than IIF makes vague references to crap that happened in some other thread months or years ago time.

    Went to class there twice. They did calesthenics at the beginning of class and then I got a little lost in the tai chi part of the class. Very nice training area and the people that run the school are very positive. If I remember correctly, they broke away from Shaolin Do? There was a discussion about it on this website.

    Yes, but that does not change the lineage or where he learned the material. The school is ran differently and is no longer affiliated with Shaolin-Do nor CSC.

    Also, it is really one person and his significant other helps waaaaaaaaay after the fact.
