You know I remember that song sounding more powerful and deep when I first heard it. Now it just sounds like a tenor with a little voice trying to make his voice bigger than it is in a range it should never go to. I wonder if it's due to autotune or if my perception has been coloured by seeing him get ktfo.

I've seen this a few times. Everytime i watch it i get angry. Drunk prick with a chip on his shoulder has a go at an old Veteran gets is arse handed to him, pretty sure the old guy left his stuff on the bus and the drunk guy stole it. I saw follow up videos to this and the drunk guy was still talking **** about the old guy.

It was LA County DA who declined to prosecute, so he was clearly arrested (technically) and booked for it. For most of us, that was not sufficient provocation to legitimate a punch to the face. But I am often stunned by how the law is applied randomly. In this case, I am glad.

He may not have been arrested. If it's a misdemeanor it could be cite and release, or, if he was GOA the officer would have written a report, and sent it to the prosecutor, who then could have declined. No arrest necessarily involved.

This all depends on state law where it occured.
