    Fast Food Healthy Or Not.

    Tell me is fast food healthy or not? I want to know just your opinion about it because we hear from people, that fast food is not good for health and we should eat these food etc etc.So give me your opinion, and share with me some ideas about it.

    Daily Diet What am, i doing wrong.

    I want to share, what i ate yesterday and see if you can make sugestions on what i can change:
    Diet shake
    Low fat yogurt
    Apple
    Small amount of butter
    Low fat cheese sanga
    Steak, baked potato, Drinks, coffee, water, low fat milk.

    Why not, soy protein.

    On another thread someone, mentioned only buying whey or cassein based protein powder, but stay way from soy. Why is that? Is not protein protein?

    This description doesn't really help much. When did you eat these things? For what meal did you eat which foods? How much of these foods did you eat? If i'm guessing right it looks like you're barely eating throughout the day and eating a good sized dinner. You might try eating several moderate meals throughout the day including dinner. Some guys I know eat 4-6 meals a day with snacks in between, I currently eat about 4 meals a day with snacks in between.
