MMA: Not just for adults, anymore

Cage fighting kids is the new cock fighting, in GB.

    My favorite fearmongering quote:

The BMA believes there are many other sports which require discipline but do not pose the same threat of brain injury

    Its grappling for fucks sake.

Unlike adult contestants, they are not, in theory, allowed to punch, kick, knee or elbow each other during the competitions, but the rules are inevitably broken.

Also notice their pose and the lack of gloves.

Its the usual fearmongering of the british press. Dont stress, yesterday it was terrorist paedophiles from hell spreading jihadist dogma through our underfunded failing schools.

How dare you tar the BBC, purveyors of such fine journalism as Top Gear, with the same brush as the daily fail.

Blooter the bastard! is in an Irvine Welsh movie. I can't remember the name, but the phrase stuck with me, ken?

My judo kids would own here. It'd be awesome.

**** that I started TKD, Karate and Judo when I was younger than them. At age 7 I was roundhouse kicking kids in the face. My oldest tarted training at 7 and my other two much younger. We went to a comp last weekend and they had kids as young as 6 who were having a lot of fun. So **** this BS article.

"Cage fighting, also known as mixed martial arts, encompasses a wide range of martial arts which are performed in circular cages. The sport has become popular partly due to reality star Alex Reid, its most high-profile figure in the UK."

Who the **** is Alex Reid?

yea seems like its just grappling, probably not much different than judo or wrestling. I guess the main concern might be the environment where the fights take place.
