Hi guys hope I find you all well.

Just wondering if any of the mental MMA lot or very keen Boxers amongst you have a good old school circuit worked out to focus on punching power mainly, involving the bag, free weights, kettlebells, tyres etc. I have used search but was unable to find a specific lay out of a wee programme. Looking for something old school without any fancy equipment, preferably resulting in tears of pain at the end! Love that sh**. My club doesn't really focus on conditioning hence I am looking for a new club, but in the meantime I want to keep the machine running myself.
