Tips for flinching? Well, don't do that.

Tips for getting rid of it? Some recommend having a partner throw light punches at you without you covering up, just trying to get used to it. Also, sparring more and trying to keep your eyes open.

Finally, this is not really the correct forum for your question. Newbietown probably would have been better.

Try to imagine getting hit in the face and not flinch. Just like shadow boxing. Train the reaction(s) you want.

Does anyone know how to avoid felching while sparring? Especially after you've been choked or knocked unconscious?

Is this a common problem for you?

How long have you had this issue?

Why'd you want to avoid that? You're probably pretty clean down there afterwards.
