Man I cannot wait until I finish my degree/post grad, get out this shithole and move to America to train with you guys, heyastan academy, shoot automatic weapons, etc. Sigh, only one more year..

Someone asked this on the DB facebook page yesterday. Professional pics culled and merged. There was a CNN piece they were filming there that was supposed to be on their website as of last week but it hasn't come up yet.

Perma- I may have met you at the Gathering, hard to tell who you are in that fight pic. I was the tall dorky guy with the BLOOD all over my white shirt, after fighting Cchi Med (C-Mongolian Dog).

Fought Poi-Dog a couple times at the Beat The Crap Out of Cancer event this past weekend- had a blast!

I was wearing a dark green grappling comp shirt and black gi pants, with a funny old school knit hat under my fencing mask (Crafty laughed at it before each of my fights). Here's me after a fight:

I was the guy that pulled out a concealed nunchaku in a stickfight towards the end of the day.

Permalost, please tell your girlfriend how awesome her timing is and pass on my thanks. Those photos actually make it look like I know what I'm doing. Most of my photos make it look like I'm a chubby Barney Fife in a fencing mask. :-/

didn't the Babaos do live weapon sparring in tourneys back in the 1970s? I seem to remember reading something about that.
