I will be running an introduction to Lightning Scientific Arnis (Filipino Martial arts) workshop in the NOVA/DC Area.

It will take place on September 24, 2011 at 12 noon-2pm.

• Speed power and timing
• Power strikes and Interception
• Focused Aggression and Bursting
• Centerline control systems and blindsiding techniques


If you have it, bring:
• Rattan sticks (28” long)
• Gloves that allow gripping

There will be sticks at workshop
