Rockhold had some fantastic kicks working there. But as usual one judge was smoking crack giving him all five rounds... I look forward to seeing more of him.

Also, that kid with 30 fights or whatever at 21 years old is hardcore...

Cormier is a freaking beast. I was loving him before he's now my favorite mma fighter. Can't see Barnett beating him.

Yeah, gotta root for the fat guy. Perhaps the spirit of war that made Fedor so great has found itself a new chubby host?

Anyway, Cormier surprised me, but Silva's chin's overrated, IMO. Also, he should stop doing that "oh dear, I just saw a huge spider!" leaping backwards with his arms outstretched thing if he hopes to survive against powerful aggressive strikers - I was surprised he didn't eat more shots than he did when he kept doing that.

Judo is only gentle for the guy on top.

Thought I saw Jacare throw an uchi mata, but the internet feed I had kept fuzzing out.

So here was my reaction during the Silva vs. Cormier fight:

-Cormier scores first knockdown: WAKA WAKA WAKA WAKA WAKA
    -Cormier scores sweep: uuuuOoooo
    -Cormier scores KO: Waaaableueueueu

Silva coming off his biggest win, with clear size and experience advantage. I considered Cormier a huge underdog. What a great win!

King Mo vs Roger Gracie: NICE SHOT!

Barnett vs. Kharitonov: Did Barnett try to strike with Kharitonov first? Why would you do that? It's a good thing he changed his mind on time.

I had a feeling Cormier was going to be awesome - I watched his fight against Lucas Browne televised here in Australia, and was pretty impressed. I've caught most of his fights since then, and he's gotten better every time.

Danno and I were watching Cormier's fight against Jeff Monson, and his comment pretty much was "He moves like a black Fedor." I'm tipping him to win the tournament now - his striking is better than Barnett's, and his awesome wrestling should keep him out of trouble.

Jacare's ouchi gari from the clinch was sweet as all get out.

    Another good strikeforce card.

I thought both Cormier and Barnett looked fantastic!! That one could go either way. (if i had to bet though i would go with Barnett - not sure Cormier will be able to survive if the fight goes to the ground)

Shame Roger lost but he was way too tentative with his striking.
